The Vera Black Foundation provides assistance to parents facing unjust treatment in the family court system. Our services include:

  • Legal Defense Funding — Direct financial assistance for attorney fees, filing costs, and evaluations
  • Legal Templates & Guides — State-specific motion templates, response frameworks, and self-representation resources
  • Crisis Support — Peer support groups, mental health referrals, and emergency guidance
  • Case Evaluation — Review of your situation to determine how we can best assist
